    Junior Journey Package

In 8 one-on-one sessions, we will do a deep dive into personality and career interests, exploring how these relate to your student’s college major and school choices.

Guided by their own self-awareness, your student will build

    - a college list centered on their hopes and dreams

    - create a calendar of college visits (synced with parents’ availability)

    - do some “last minute” planning to make sure their senior student profile is strong

-identify their test prep needs and plan test prep in alignment with those goals.

    Young Adult Coaching

The period of emerging adulthood demands more from us than it ever has: modern life requires consistent administrative work, written communication skills, and the ability to identify priorities and reach goals—all while your developing brain builds identity and purpose.

We’ll work together in individual sessions to create scaffolding for how to reach your goals. You will emerge from our sessions with more confidence and clarity, gaining executive function and emotional regulation tools that are useful for practical, everyday life.

These flexible strategies find success with different needs:

-supporting college students in tracking their calendar, assignments, and reaching a greater level of academic success

-support your neurodivergent young adult in building life skills and identifying college or career paths that are a good fit for their needs and goals

-support your young adult in developing a passion project that could be the start of an exciting career

Meet Your Child Where They Are…

  • Young girl crouching on a colorful playground surface, holding a backpack with a water bottle attached, wearing glasses, yellow striped shirt, and black overalls.

    Hourly Consulting

Maybe your student’s teacher has recommended getting additional information and support. Maybe you are noticing patterns of behavior that make you question if your child is getting what they need from their school environment. If these circumstances speak to you, then we can help.

I have many years of experience coordinating teams of support for students, recommending psycho-educational testing, and advocating for student accommodations once diagnoses are identified. I will meet your child and family where you are and work from there.

    Executive Function Package

Some students need time and support to learn how to self-organize and build strong systems, identify tools that work, and share accountability with a trusted adult who is not a parent.

I have worked with students who face executive function challenges at different stages of their educational journey. I am best equipped to support high school and college students in finding more academic and organizational success.
